1. Online Shopping
1.1 We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.
1.2 We will not be liable if for any reason the Restring Station website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all the Restring Station website.
2. Order process
2.1 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
  • The product you ordered is out of stock;
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment;
  • We have identified a pricing or product description error;
  • There is a failure to meet the eligibility to order as set out at clause 2 in these Terms and Conditions;
  • There is a system or procurement failure; and
  • Failed customer validation checks.
  • Legal restrictions or practices for products in the country you have selected which prevents POS Malaysia or PosLaju fulfilling your order for delivery;
  • Other restrictions for the country you have selected which prevents POS Malaysia or PosLaju fulfilling your order for delivery.
2.3 When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement detailing the product you have ordered. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Restring Station.
2.4 Acceptance of your order for goods and the completion of the contract between you and Restring Station will take place when your goods are dispatched by your carrier: we will email you that your goods have been dispatched. We reserve the right to fulfill multiple orders separately, which may mean they are dispatched separately by your carrier.
If you have ordered using the Restring Station Collect From Store Service, we will email you to confirm that your order is ready for collection.
3. Delivery
3.1 You may request international delivery by POS Malaysia or PosLaju (EMS) by selecting the “Estimate Shipping & Taxes” option at Shopping Cart, or enter your delivery address at checkout process. By specifying a delivery address outside the MALAYSIA. In doing so, you will be contracting separately with POS Malaysia or PosLaju and all delivery arrangements are made between you and them.
3.2 All parcels will be delivered by your carrier and will require a signature on delivery. If no one is at home when your carrier attempts to deliver your parcel, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date.
3.3 Please note that your delivery may take longer during sale or other busy periods.
3.4 Your order will be accepted by Restring Station when the products are collected on your behalf by the relevant delivery company from Restring Station for delivery to your chosen address. Completion of the contract between you and POS Malaysia or PosLaju will take place when the goods have been delivered or there have been at least three attempts to deliver the goods to your chosen address.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.
Payment, GST and Customs Outside Malaysia
3.5 Payment is to be made in Ringgit Malaysian. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.
3.6 All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable MALAYSIA GST.
3.7 Where you have requested delivery to a non-MALAYSIA address, the price paid by you to Restring Station for your product will not be subject to MALAYSIA GST. All taxes, duties, fees, levies or other charges levied outside the MALAYSIA will be added to your order total at checkout and paid by its partner carrier to local customs authorities in the delivery country on your behalf.
3.8 You will be the importer for all international deliveries of the products. Therefore, before placing an order for goods, it is your responsibility to check that your import of any products ordered comply with state and federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
International Delivery Charges
3.9 We will notify you of the delivery charge made by POS Malaysia or PosLaju to you at the time we acknowledge your order for goods. We will collect those delivery charges on behalf of POS Malaysia and/or PosLaju from you when we collect payment from you for your order for goods. For bespoke or special delivery items a communication of any additional delivery cost may be made.
3.10 You will be charged for deliveries within the MALAYSIA by POS Malaysia under your contract with them. The delivery charge will include MALAYSIA GST.
3.10.1 You will be charged for deliveries outside the MALAYSIA by PosLaju under your contract with them. The delivery charge will not include MALAYSIA GST.
International Delivery Lead Times
3.11 Delivery lead times to international addresses will vary according to destination. Please see our Dispatch and Delivery section for more information.
3.12 Your carrier will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside their control, for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Restring Station shall be under no liability for any delay or failure by your carrier to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

3.13 Please view the list of countries section for current destinations to which POS Malaysia and PosLaju  deliver.

4. Collection From Restring Station Store

4.1 Collection From Store is a complimentary collection service available at all our stores.
4.2 We will aim to have orders placed before 4pm available for collection the same/next day.
4.3 We will make every effort to make your goods available for collection within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable during sale or other busy periods or due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, a flood or fire. Restring Station shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to make the products available for collection within estimated timescales.
4.4 Orders will be available for collection at each store once you have received your collection email. Please see your collection confirmation email for details of which store is located.
4.5 When collecting your order from store please make sure that you bring the payment card or photo IC along with your order number.
If a friend collects the order on your behalf, please make sure they have the order number and photo IC.
4.6 Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you on the date when the goods are collected by you. In the event that a friend collects the goods on your behalf, risk will pass to you on the date the goods are collected by them.
4.7 If you fail to collect your order within 14 days of your collection date, your items will be returned to our storage and will be no longer available for collection. We will aim to process a refund within 21 days of your original collection date.
4.8 Orders placed using our Pick Up From Store service will be treated as a MALAYSIA order and you will be unable to use the services of either POS Malaysia or PosLaju.
